Fernando in finance was awesome helping us with finalize our paperwork. He actually called us the next day to tell us he had gotten us a lower APR! Yes! How Awesome! Drive away HAPPY! I was in a hurry when I arrived, i told the salesman ( Brandon) i stopped to see a jeep my son had found online but we were on our way to a concert an I was in a hurry when I arrived, i told the salesman ( Brandon) i stopped to see a jeep my son had found online but we were on our way to a concert and I only had 45 min. We went for a test drive and agrred on a price, 45 min later i was done, signed and on my way. I left the jeep to be cleaned up and pick up the next day. The next day i net with David in financing to finalize paperwork, ( 30 min.) I was done out the door in my new Jeep!!! No barteing, no switching back and forth from persons. Competitive prices, although not necessarily the lowest but this varies on a car by car basis. They have a huge inventory. Good place overall very different from my past experiences buying new cars at a dealership.. This is my fifth new car so I have been to dozens of dealerships. It is rare to find one that provides decent experience. Perhaps, it is less of a reflection of the entire dealership and more so the professionalism of few who served me, particularly C.M. from internet sales. More
