They took the time to figure out what was going on with my car. I had my tires rotated and balanced and some wasn't right. Since I did not purchase my 2023 Sorento from there,I was totally impressed with their kindness,care,empathy and efficiency in getting my car checked out when I arrived at 3:00pm eitoit an appointment. Although they could not replicate the incident that brought me in there, they were very thorough in making sure that everything was checked out.
