I appreciate from the outset Chad recognized that we had done our homework and we knew the quality of the Sportage and where it stands in the market I appreciate from the outset Chad recognized that we had done our homework and we knew the quality of the Sportage and where it stands in the market of hybrid SUVs. He asked us what were our goals in the future, our financial pressure points, our daily needs versus those dozen or so times a year when we needed a slightly roomier vehicle. In the end, the excellent price point was important but what put us over the line was the professional interactions with Chad. More
