They're always helpful in keeping me informed of the services required for my warranty and keeping me on track but they don't pester or try to put in a bunch of unneeded servicing. My other friend Bob was there as well, willing as always to run me to Ollies while I waited. It was good catching up since I hadn't seen him in a while. The service and family atmosphere at Coastal Kia can't be beat. In the 3 years I've been dealing with them I've come to consider many there as friends...... Which helps soften the blow when paying for car services, lol. That being said, I still came out cheaper than what we had anticipated. Pandemic not withstanding it was good to see "the family".
