Everyone in the service department is very friendly. I appreciate how convenient it is when I drop my vehicle off that you offer free transportation, while my vehicle is being worked on. I was surprise I appreciate how convenient it is when I drop my vehicle off that you offer free transportation, while my vehicle is being worked on. I was surprised to find out after paying for a certain amount of oil changes in my original purchase of the car that there was also a time limit on it. Because I do not drive that many miles I reach the time limit before I did the miles and I lost for free oil changes since I’m on a limited income and at $60 an oil change that set me back $240 that I now will pay again out of pocket. I prefer using your service department, but I may end up searching out all changes to save money. I appreciate Christopher for listening and talking to John, and working it out that I would be able to get at least my next oil change at no cost. Thank you Christopher. More
