I booked an appointment ahead of time for recalls and other service because I live 45 minutes away and didn’t have a ride. I was extremely overquoted $1300 on the work which costs me only $1700 elsewhere other service because I live 45 minutes away and didn’t have a ride. If I’ve made an appointment a week ahead of time shouldn’t you have the part waiting for the appt? I won’t be coming back to this dealership for service or to buy a car. More
