There was an issue with the modem in the car that Kia Connect was ZERO help with. Two weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from them “shortly”. The service department here diagnosed it it and have ordered a new modem. They kept me informed through the process. I consider the communication to be extremely important. Good to have local people who know what they are doing even is the national reps seem to not care. More
