I recently visited this dealership for a routine oil change. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was disappointing and raised serious concerns about attention to detail. Later that same day, I not change. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was disappointing and raised serious concerns about attention to detail. Later that same day, I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor. Upon further inspection, I found oil residue around the filter area and oil dripping from the oil pan. What was most alarming was that the oil drain plug was visibly loose—I was able to turn it by hand. Additionally, there was oil spilled around the engine cowling, suggesting carelessness when pouring in the new oil. Overall, it appeared to be a rushed job with little regard for proper cleanup or double-checking critical components. This type of oversight could have led to serious engine damage had I not caught it early. I expect far better from a professional service department and hope they take steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. More

The skid plate was not put on after I had my oil change yesterday. It was missing a bolt and had to take it back to get put on correctly. I appreciate the fastness of the guys changing oil. Generally have had good service. Yesterday was not the normal service. While it was busy, I stood by my car for nearly 30 minutes with service people walking by me without any comm Yesterday was not the normal service. While it was busy, I stood by my car for nearly 30 minutes with service people walking by me without any comment. The other lane moved 5-6 cars through vs none in the lane ahead of me. Even one service person went to the car behind me and completed their intake. When I questioned another service person just said wait by your car. Finally someone from the other side came. When I mentioned it, just a short answer to the tune of we are doing the best we can. Not the typical service here. Ultimately the work was done quickly, which redeemed the day. I use both Cherokee and Cobb Toyota. Not a strong day for Cobb yesterday. More
