Took longer than expected for a tire rotation and first inspection for a new vehicle. On the plus side, Cobb Toyota did accommodate my request for date and time since I was in town anyway for other busine inspection for a new vehicle. The Service was good; the employees were very nice and finished within 40mins. The waiting area was very clean & comfortable. It's our favorite dealership. My only major regret was that the Technician did finished within 40mins. The waiting area was very clean & comfortable. It's our favorite dealership. My only major regret was that the Technician did not review the service mechanic notes; my battery needed to be replaced - They never mentioned it, said I was good (which I was happy) but the next morning; I really needed my vehicle to go to the emergency room and the car was dead. I later seen that it was marked on my service sheet. Just could have been avoided. More
