Walking in with little experience with dealerships (always used to get my cars off private sellers) I'll admit I was weary on sal car buying process. Positives: Andrew was great to work with and he did his best to accommodate what I was looking for for my monthly payment. Andrew's manager gave me $3k more for my trade in than what was initially offered, best to accommodate what I was looking for for my monthly payment. Andrew's manager gave me $3k more for my trade in than what was initially offered, so I was glad there was some wiggle room there. The car price went down ~1.5k between finding it online and my purchase. Negatives: Andrew's manager promised a 3.9% interest rate to get me back in to buy, since I have excellent credit. However, when I met with the finance group, they almost secured my loan with a 5.54%, until I found it in the small print and asked them to look for a lower rate. The sales people should also mention the protection plan(s) to potential buyers when things start to get serious because that adds on a significant amount of money to the monthly payment. More
