This is my second purchase from Colonial Honda, and my first stop when it comes time to look for a new vehicle. Knowing I was going to be purchasing a slightly used vehicle, I had done my homework and had my vehicle "criteria" list of age, pricing, mileage, and amount for my trade in, and the finance rate and amount I had already been approved for, prior to going to look at vehicles. I found a vehicle at Colonial which checked all the boxes on my list and Derek was great throughout the process. Derek did up the initial paperwork and clearly communicated to his sales manager what I wanted for my trade and the financing amount and rate I already had approval for, and got the go ahead to move forward. Once we got to Lucy in the financing department things were different. Clearly she had not bothered to read or been told by the sales manager of the financing arrangements I had already made, and she had paperwork for financing completed from another institution at a MUCH higher rate. After telling and showing her my financing rate and approval amount on my phone, she got busy on the computer and found a rate even lower. Not sure why they don't do that for their customers from the beginning. I know it would certainly go a long way for customer satisfaction and loyalty if folks knew they would always get the best possible financing deal at Colonial. More

Purchasing my new vehicle at colonial Honda was an overall positive experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted promptly by my sales rep, Derek, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout t overall positive experience. Both employees I met with when purchasing my vehicle Derek in sales and Lucy in financing were helpful in working with me to make my purchase successful. They also made sure I was comfortable during my time there offering beverages etc. After leaving the dealership I had some questions about my purchase that I was confused about which caused me some unnecessary stress - but Derek maintained open communication, even responding after hours/his day off to provide me with a peace of mind. He made sure to follow up with me on the subject when I seen him in person the following day as well which made me feel as though my concerns were being heard. More
