May 6 I called for a service appt. The person on the other end PAMELA scheduled an appt for May 10. My car was dropped off for the day and Edison dealt with the call back. He was hones The person on the other end PAMELA scheduled an appt for May 10. My car was dropped off for the day and Edison dealt with the call back. He was honest and stated there was nothing wrong with my Emergency Brake. I did get an oil change and an inspection sticker WHICH I totally appreciated that time saver for myself. Pamela was great with taking the payment & along with Edison they were great with communication. I also want to thank Alex Breault for not forgetting the paint pen. It took time due but he was patient when I would call and ask about its status. Thanks for doing a great Job all 3 of you More

The staff at colonial West treat every customer like they’re the only one, but it is a very busy dealership with top notch service and parts departments. Eight years after the purchase of my Silverado I they’re the only one, but it is a very busy dealership with top notch service and parts departments. Edison was great i called him and told him what the problem with my vehicle was and he had me scheduled for service right away, they gave me a loner vehicle while mine was being serviced and i had my c problem with my vehicle was and he had me scheduled for service right away, they gave me a loner vehicle while mine was being serviced and i had my car back within one day.
