OMGosh enough can't be said about my salesperson William (Bill) Shelton especially from an older single woman. I went in with the intention of just testing a Honda Passport and walked out with one. However, I was over the moon dealing with Bill Shelton because he wasn't pushy at all, so kind, and very upfront and truthful. He even hand-picked the car he thought I would be interested in and guess what he was spot on with that pick! I have already told more and more friends about my experience with Bill and Columbia Honda and will continue to do so. Bill was referred to me through a friend and she was so right!! Everything was great. The service person was out to my car before I could even get my mask on. The waiting area was clean, the seating seemed to be socially distanced, and there were snacks and drinks av car before I could even get my mask on. The service was prompt and came with clear instructions about what was done and what needed to be done in the near future. Overall, it went well. However, almost none of the employees (or customers!) were masked. Considering the Dealer's overall attention to other details, this was surprising. Over 800,000 Americans have died from Covid. In order to keep this number from getting a lot bigger and try to get back to something near normal. We all need to listen to what the experts (not the politicians) are saying and to think about someone besides ourselves. I understand that it is difficult it is to wear a mask all day, but they could at least put one on when they are up moving around or when they are talking to customers. More
