Disappointed with my experience at Courtesy Acura of Littleton. When I picked up my car it had 1 quarter size crack in the windshield and 2 small chips. He didn't call me back. I brought the vehicle the GM couldn't be bothered to talk to me. The sales manager questioned whether I saw the cracks before I purchased the vehicle. They were not on the inspection report. Finally they agreed to give me a one year warranty on the windshield and never followed through. I couldn't be more disappointed. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and the last. Not because of the vehicle but the poor customer experience. I didn't want to give them a bad review and gave them plenty of opportunity to make this better. More

What a great experience. We had both of our vehicles serviced at Courtesy. It was our first time here. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the garage and service center. Our cars were both washed and vacuumed and not just a quick wash like at other dealerships, this was as if we’d taken them to a full service car wash. Even the tires were cleaned. But my favorite thing was the little chilled mint on my dashboard when I got in my car. Nice touch More

Brianna Diaz was wonderful! We went in a couple times and were unsure of which type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. I would buy another Acura just for the quality of service I've received at Courtesy. Seriously. They keep track of previous services and tell you what services your vehicle needs. They provide a loaner or uber if you need to go somewhere while they have your car. They keep you in the loop as you're waiting on your car. They offer some nice touches, too: a car wash, vacuum, bottled water, and a mint. More
