The service itself was apparently done well & completed in an appropriate amount of time. The service desk was a huge change from my first oil change experience there. Visited dealer on 5/5/29 for oil change and filter, no rotation waited 2Hours and 20mintues for a 1hour service and that being extremely generous. Also they order a switch for a recall, I contacted Fred on 2/19/26 was informed part was not in. It's the 30th going on almost a month still have heard nothing back!
