Everyone that we encountered during our visit to Crown were extremely welcoming, friendly, and simply amazing! John Grundon was so professional, kind, and patient. We also met another nice and helpful person while we were there, Bill Hevel who also told us about the shuttle they provided, and they both let us know we could come to them if we had anymore questions. I'm telling you, from the time we walked in the doors, until we left we received top notch service! What incredible people to work with! I'm leaving my old dealership.
