Jonathon was a fantastic sales rep for us to work with. When I had my order for our mach e in, he kept me up to date throughout the process. When we found out our order was going to be in later than we had When I had my order for our mach e in, he kept me up to date throughout the process. When we found out our order was going to be in later than we had originally planned, he gave us several solutions including letting us know that the demo vehicle was going on sale right around the time we were hoping to get the ordered mach e! Within 15 minutes of Jonathon giving me the call that they were ready for us, we swung in and finished the deal. That's not where Jonathon decided he was done though! He continued to follow up with me to make sure my experience was great and to assist me with any additional questions I had as time continued on. He even just called me to check in on the 1 year anniversary of me picking up my car! The dealership sales department is great but the maintenance shop will need some overhauling to better understand how to work with EVs. More
