I went to this company to have a nail removed from my tire, they went as far as to remove the splash shield and did not put the screws back. As I was driving back home, the Splash shield fell off in the tire, they went as far as to remove the splash shield and did not put the screws back. As I was driving back home, the Splash shield fell off in the middle of the Garden State parkway. The same day they were supposed to order me a replacement for a defective tire inflator for my 2023 Honda Accord. They placed the order and informed me it was on backorder. On January 6th, I received an email that the item was ready to pick up. I drove there to get the new tire inflator. The service advisor pulled out the sealant from the one tire inflator with force, which caused it to leak. He took my car keys from me and went to my car for at least 30 minutes to put the new tire inflator together. He came to grab me and informed me that everything was ready. I asked him if I could test the new inflator to see if it's working properly. I pushed the power button 5-10 seconds after the thing exploded which caused me to be unconscious for at least 15 seconds. The tire inflator cuts my forehead, damage my right ear, damage my eyes, thumb, and pinky finger. It caused me to go to the hospital the same day due to the sealant in my eye, and right ear consistently ringing until now. They propose no solutions I am working with lawyers to take them to court. See the pictures on their Google Page review page. My ear is damage, I had a lawyer. I will hire a new lawyer to take them to court. More

And it sounds simple to say but it makes such a big difference in the experience. They got me a salesman immediately even though they were absolutely swamped this Saturday. I barely waited. Then I met Hamad Deeb. He was no B.S. and he absolutely knows the details of his vehicles. He was informative, direct, and again no B.S. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Hamad D to anyone who is looking to by a car. Customer Experiences is not dead here. Come here and don't waster your time anywhere else. More

Dennis Estrada (salesman) exhibited hospitality, professionalism, patience, understanding and was able to get the best deal for me. Thank you, Dennis! The entire process of sale was flawless and amazing. The car looks very sleek and edgy. State of the art features are amazing. It offers plenty of space in cargo area, provides great leg room, very comfortable leather seats, Apple CarPlay, heated Seats, electric adjustable seats, remote start, and keyless entry, and so much more. At the dealership, we signed agreements and disclosures, assured we'd receive copies of all including CPO warranty papers by mail. Now they refuse, claiming only the bill of sale is due, to later deny all warranty claims. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We're escalating and taking legal action. Our sales rep is Jacob, finance rep is Sunil. Sunil said we didnt sign any CPO paperwork, proving how far they'll go to withhold info. We've left a message for the general manager and are escalating to Lithia and Honda, prepping legal action. More
