This was the best visit yet to have my car serviced. The representative, Alexis Dominick was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I wanted done for my car. The waiting area is comfortable with TVs and an air purifier and comfortable seating. After one and a half hours (the time promised) she brought my keys and pleasantly led me to the payment desk. The car scheduled to be picked on Monday the 24 g at 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. Everything looked good until we reached the rear passen 2:00pm. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the salesman and we started the walk through. The salesman took pictures and I told him I would not take delivery of the vehicle until all the repairs was done The General Manager wanted to see how bad it was. We went to inspect the car together and he proceeded to try and tell me that the scratches were superficial. My response was, he had access to the expertise and they could repair the vehicle .I was not going to accept that vehicle the way it was and since it was a certified vehicle it had to be repaired.I also mentions that if that couldn’t happen , then mayb I should take my business elsewhere. I was able to take delivery of the vehicle a day later to my satisfaction. More
