Something wrong with service department. They will pull out cabin air filter and say needs replacement (90% will show that) and will add the labor charge to put the new one in but if you refuse, they will out cabin air filter and say needs replacement (90% will show that) and will add the labor charge to put the new one in but if you refuse, they will just put the old filter back (same labor but no charge). It does not make sense to charge for labor if there is no ADDITIONAL labor involved. Friendly and helpful staff is the basis of better business. More

Salesman miscommunicated applicability of incentives to my purchase and general manager wouldn’t come down on price citing company policy. Trade in value was not communicated to me until the finance porti my purchase and general manager wouldn’t come down on price citing company policy. Trade in value was not communicated to me until the finance portion which was well after the appraisal was completed. at finance, they didn’t proof the bill of sale and left off credits that had been discussed no more than 5 minutes prior. If I hadn’t reviewed the bill closely I would have been overcharged by $1250 due to the hasty work done at the finance desk. General manager would not offer any concessions to apply a measly $500 military rebate because the finance was done through a 3rd party bank which was also not explained by the salesman. I only received one key fob and the salesman had to find out why and he said that I would either receive it in the mail from the dealer when one came in or directly from Toyota. I only went through with the purchase because I custom ordered the vehicle 6 months ago and wasn’t about to start that process all over again. But overall as a dealer they were not the best I’ve worked with. More
