Not enough information or warning on what it will cost Hi, I've been on vacation so I have not seen this message. I honestly, did not feel comfortable and it felt taken advantage. I like the person on the on the desk last year who was the same person this time around but when he asked about the breaks warning from last year and if I had repaired them some where else he only told me they only gotten gotten worse since the last time when I ask to look at them again. Remember I'm also getting an inspection. Note that the car has been driven very little since the last time. You folks gave me the car fully certified so in that many miles I would doubt I would doubt I will ware out the breaks that much. I also got charged for about two hours of labor about 300 hours of labor. I know I was asking for inspection and tire rotation but that was not put on the bill. Nothing about those things on the bill. I also brought coupons, That sounds kind of high and I will calculated to 150 dollars and hour. I also looked at what this cost some where else. I know this is not dealer ship caliber. But it will be have half the price. Sorry. I cannot give you a high rating on this one. I did ended up with a 450+ bill after showing the coupon for 99+ axle break job, 19 dollar ration, 21 dollar inspection that is I do like you guys. Eliuth More

Friendly and Outstanding Customer Service From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were treated with the absolute best service. Daryl, Joe and Naeem answered all our question From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we were treated with the absolute best service. Daryl, Joe and Naeem answered all our questions while helping us find the best deal and vehicle for us. We never felt rushed and felt as if we were their only customer, even though the dealership was extremely busy the day we visited. The knowledge and expertise of everyone that worked with us was amazing. Daryl and Joe located vehicles for us to look at and test drive with different options for us to compare. The smooth process allowed us to be able to make a clear decision and take our new vehicle home the same day. Joe even went above and beyond to assist us with setting up new insurance, given it was on a Saturday afternoon and our main insurance office was closed at the time. When we went back later to pick up the vehicle, Joe took the time to assist us with the set up of the Toyota app, the GPS, the system set up, auto start, etc., all while approaching closing time and still never rushing us, answering every question along the way. Your staff is courteous, patient, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with. We will certainly recommend them to family and friends.
