Came in for recall to 2020 Highlander low fuel light being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, now we have 15 miles to empty when the light comes on. Was at least 50 miles prior. So they broke something that was working with an update. More

We were visiting from out of town and we hit something as we were driving on the highway. Another tire place said we needed a new rim but they didn’t sell them. After calling several places with no luck, the we were driving on the highway. Another tire place said we needed a new rim but they didn’t sell them. After calling several places with no luck, they were able to fit us in first thing in the morning on Christmas Eve. While the cost was a little expensive, they also fixed an issue that my car had a recall for that I was unaware of. Mathew was great - super helpful and efficient. We are so appreciative of them fitting us in and fixing the issue. More
