My experience with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota Service Department was stellar from start to finish. When I left a message to schedule a service call, not only did the Service Dept call back promptly, but Department was stellar from start to finish. When I left a message to schedule a service call, not only did the Service Dept call back promptly, but, when I didn't answer (didn't realize they called back), they followed up again a few days later. Awesome! Everyone in the Service Department was prompt, courteous, and efficient. And the work was completed in under the estimated time. The whole experience was a good one. Thanks! More
