This is a difficult review to write because I have trusted my cars Toyota for A long time. My service representative is always very helpful. However, the last time I brought my 2019 Highlander in for trusted my cars Toyota for A long time. My service representative is always very helpful. However, the last time I brought my 2019 Highlander in for recall repair, it was not fixed correctly. I was sent home with a car that was leaking gas so bad that when I went to fill the car back up it started pouring out of the bottom. I had called as soon as I left the station to tell them how strong the odor of gas was but was advised that this was normal. When the gas Started streaming out of the bottom of the car I drove it straight back to Toyota for servicing. It was given to the same technician and he worked on it for the day. I asked them to top it up with gas when he was finished to make sure the problem was resolved. I picked up the car the next day And was assured that it was fixed properly this time. I drove home and left the car in the garage overnight, but the next morning I went to top it up with gas and once again it started streaming out the bottom. It was extremely frustrating and I lost faith in the service team. and was assured that it was fixed properly this time. The foreman worked on my car this time and Kathleen assured me that it was fixed correctly. So far I have not had any problems since the third time I picked up my car, but this was an extremely frustrating experience and cast doubts on how qualified or thorough the technician who did my initial repair was. Always great service. If something needs to be done, the service team is very good about explaining it in a way that I can understand. Had my driver side, side view mirror replaced.It took awhile to receive the mirror, but Andrew from the parts department was very helpful in following up with the paint department. I made an appointment to talk to someone in regards to buying my at end of lease vehicle vs. purchasing..I was directed by a passerby (employee) where the appointed salesmans desk was.
