Had rain-guards installed, however, they do not fit properly. Once window is rolled down you cannot put it back up because it hits the rain guard! Really? Are they supposed to magically stretch out or something? Obviously they are the wrong ones or the wrong size. Now we have to make another trip to the dealer for something as simple as rain-guards. More

First, Mary in Client Relations responded to my inquiry promptly the next morning as the dealership was closed when i sent my request for information. He eased my mind as it was just me because I had no one else to do me with the purchase and had HORRIBLE experiences with every car I've driven - I felt he genuinely wanted to help me and he absolutely did and I have never been SO happy with this purchase!!
