After providing my dealer with evidence that my price is supposed to be lower due to price increases that occurred after my order was placed, including providing Ford's own dealer memos indicating what my price should be, I was told that there was nothing further the dealer was willing to do. After my experience, I learned of several other customers, some of whom who ultimately gave-in and paid over their originally promised price, and other who complained of unnecessary add-ons/expenses the dealer tacked on. If the dealer is going to approve your order after you placed a deposit, it should only be sold to you at the price the dealer originally approved. Changing the price after waiting months for your vehicle to be manufactured and then shipped is wrong. It seems they approved my order to beef up their allocated amount of vehicles, hoping I would not purchase it at a higher price, so they could then sell the vehicle at a higher price. Dana Ford is not a trustworthy dealership and do no trust the reviews you may see online, as many seem to be fake. Find a more reputable dealer, and get all pricing from a salesman in person before proceeding with an online order from Ford Motor Company. More
