Did a buyout. Financial rep, Frank Sinatra did not provide me with bill of sale or usb drive when I requested one before leaving. He claimed I will get all documents in two weeks by Chase finance comp provide me with bill of sale or usb drive when I requested one before leaving. When called he said he would email me one, but what I got was law contract not my retell/ buyers info, which I did not sign for electronically someone else did. Spoke to sales manager, John Daly who admitted I should have left with my bill of sale and all copies pertaining to the buy. The manager was very indifferent and disregarded my concern of why wasn’t I provided one to begin with. Even emailed him and no response. Made me feel like something questionable was being done. Very careless and poor service on their behalf. More
