The service department is the worst they take your car have it for days before they even look at it . They are nasty on the phone don’t return any phone calls to let you know what’s going on with your car have it for days before they even look at it . In march I brought my 8 month old Expedition in for some issues with the Front drivers seat, A/C, rear hatch repeatedly opening /not closing. I had to rest a car for 5 days after which I picked up my vehicl issues with the Front drivers seat, A/C, rear hatch repeatedly opening /not closing. I had to rest a car for 5 days after which I picked up my vehicle and was told all but the hatch was fixed I needed a part. As I was driving away the drivers seat was still shifting and was told when they get the hatch part they would repair both . Fast forward 3 months 2 weeks and I still have all the same problems and can't get the service guy to call me back . I moved away from buying at Danna 6 years ago and should have stayed away . I DON'T RECOMMEND DANA FORD! More

I went to the dealership two weeks ago to inquire about the car and potential price of insurance. Mary was especially helpful during that visit. Equipped with the knowledge they provided, I went back to test drive the vehicle I had in mind. Mary went above and beyond to have the car(s) ready. She also had a young woman shadowing her (Gabby) who walked me through the features inside the car. The entire staff, from reception to finance was very helpful and thorough. It made the entire process very efficient. More
