In a world that now considers texts an acceptable/favored form of communication,Keith stands alone as someone who still understands the value of picking up the phone and explaining things. He shoots straight,never engaging in typical "mechanic speak" designed to confuse. He works hard to do not only what's best for the vehicle,but also what's best for the vehicle's owner. This is rare,and very much appreciated. I cannot express strongly enough the peace of mind and comfort that flows from this department. Their mechanics,under Keith's leadership,all seem to do excellent work,we've never had to have an issue handled twice. Any dealer can sell you one car. It's only a great service department that will keep you coming back for a second,third,and on. Dana Ford Lincoln has exactly that level of service. We hold Keith and his crew in the highest regard.
