Nautilus Black Label Update: Time for 1st Service due to Mandatory Recall notice. Not a good experience at all. Vehicle was picked up promptly. Getting it back was a different story. Vehicle was to be retur Mandatory Recall notice. Not a good experience at all. Vehicle was picked up promptly. Getting it back was a different story. Vehicle was to be returned on a Friday. Informed by Service that we would receive a call between 7:00am - 7:30am with a delivery window. No call. After several hours we called them to be told "We are short handed today and cannot get your vehicle to you until Monday. We'll call Monday morning between 7:00am - 7:30am with delivery time." Monday morning, no call. After a couple of hours, again we called and was told no one available to speak with us but someone would call. 90 minutes later we did get a call. No explanation as to their breakdown in communication, no apology for wasting two mornings, no acknowledgement of a concern, no ownership at all but we WERE told "I never told you what time I was going to call on Monday". Sales gets you into the product but Customer Service and Focus makes you a return customer. At this point Service has no way to go but up in their ability to "serve" me as a customer. More
