I test drove the car and fell in love with the way it drove and how comfortable I was in the car. Signed all the paperwork that day ; and picked up my new car the very next day. Was not impressed with both sales person and general manager other than price and deal of car. I traveled 6-1/2 hours one way for this vehicle. They knew I would arrive between 11A and 12P and I also manager other than price and deal of car. I traveled 6-1/2 hours one way for this vehicle. They knew I would arrive between 11A and 12P and I also spoke with my sales person 2 hours away from dealership. I asked for a quick turn around of picking up the new vehicle and back on the road. I arrived at the dealership and the car did not even start to be detailed. During my time of waiting the general manager inspected my car walked past me twice and not once thanked me for my travel and the purchase of the car. While I waited, my salesman walked over to me and handed me his cell to talk with my insurance company. Once again, something that should have been planned better. Also, I was asked to process my paper work with the finance manager and I explained to my salesperson that I'm not going to purchase or sign off on a vehicle without first seeing the car. He drove me around to the detail shop where I first saw the car other than original photos of the vehicle three weeks earlier via sms message. After seeing the car it looked fine except a few scratches in the front passager side bumper below the light. The detail person said he could try and buff the scratch out. He did make it better but it is still not correct. My salesman was aware of these issue but never offer any further solutions to correct the issue. I spend 70,000 dollars on a new Lincoln and now I'll have to pay further money out of my pocket to correct the issue. That is not correct and they should have offer other solutions but since I'm 6 plus hours from dealership lets just wash out hands on it. The only process that was painless and quick was working with the finance department, in and done in 10 minutes. So I thought I was finally done and ready to leave when there was a scent pack missing in the car and it took another 15 minutes for the sales person to find and supply. From my arrival to departure even though they knew my arrival time I left the dealership at 2:45 PM. Before I left, I explained to my salesperson how disappointing it was that the general manager could not take the time while I was on site to stop by and thank me for the purchase and travel to get the car. Even though he walked past me twice, to and from my trade. I left the dealership and approximately 2 hours later I received a call via my cell during my travel home from the general manager and I will say that I was very short and really did not feel his call was sincere since I assume the salesperson explain my frustration hence the reason for his call. Totally frustrated in the whole process from start to finish! If I could have provided a zero i would have especially since there is still damage on the front bumper that needs corrected! More
