First time having an issue. I rave about Davis, but this last time I wanted my car to be appraised and that was not completed. I spoke to Annmarie and Caphil the day of service, I rave about Davis, but this last time I wanted my car to be appraised and that was not completed. I spoke to Annmarie and Caphil the day of service, so they both were aware. I also added that on my service ticket when I made my appointment. I had also asked Caphil to check one of my tires because it keeps losing air, that was not completed and if it was, it was not documented on my invoice. I did mention something when I picked my car up and Cahil stated he would reach out to the Manager. I have not heard from anyone. Thank you, Michelle Spencer More
