For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. We were thrilled with the team at DeNooyer! We drove from NH (3.5 hours away) and would do it all over again! I was looking online when I saw the vehicle we ended up buying. Sammy G. called w We drove from NH (3.5 hours away) and would do it all over again! I was looking online when I saw the vehicle we ended up buying. Sammy G. called within the hour of me submitting my contact information (it was early evening) to answer all my questions about the vehicle, I had seen online. If he couldn’t answer any question, he told me so and said he would have a salesperson call me first thing in the morning. Gene…our salesperson was great! Thru text., email or call…no issues getting a hold of him! Mamood in financing took his time with us, but didn’t drag the paperwork on either. He answered any questions we had with purchasing and registration of our new truck, NH is very different than NY. The people I mentioned above went above and beyond! I highly recommend them! I am not new to buying vehicles and have had to walk out of dealerships before, in total frustration of waiting around…while this salesperson talks to his manager then they disappear again only to have me wait again for another 20mins! That was not the case here. Let me also say I didn’t know the dealership or anyone associated with DeNooyer until I emailed them about the vehicle we purchased. Thank you guys! Mike and Michelle More
