I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. Then I added the car inspection. I had so problem adding the inspection to save me an extra trip next month. He explained what they were and it was his opinion that they were absolutely needed to be fixed. ‘Since I valve Dwayne’s opinion, I went ahead and had them repaired. I sat down with Damien and I never met a more down to earth car salesman in my life I felt completely at ease I never once felt pressured this man actually went out of his way to make sure that I was taking care of and I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness that he showed when I was in a pretty dire situation. The finance manager Mike Sperenza went above and beyond for me and that has never happened in all my times inside a car dealer I normally just get turned away this man was able to work with the bank get me a car which was a huge step up but not over my budget he also guided me with suggestions of how to make my credit even better and that I assure you won't happen anywhere else. Then when I picked up the car Armond Rodriguez was incredibly helpful he went over every single feature on the car we even had a few laughs and he was kind and generous with his time. I usually feel like I want to take a shower every time I leave a car dealership but I cannot express how happy I am with these three gentlemen and what they were willing to do I would recommend them a 10 out of 10 More
