For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. My experience at DeNooyer Chevrolet was the best of all the dealers I have dealt with over my entire car-buying history spanning over 50 years. From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I the dealers I have dealt with over my entire car-buying history spanning over 50 years. From the moment I walked in cold -- with no appointment -- I was immediately greeted and sitting down with a competent and professional saleswoman (Kirsten Changa) who quickly and quietly arranged for a test drive. No hype. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, knowledgeable attention to my needs and inquiries. Everyone I dealt with and could see going about their business exuded an air of competence, honesty, and forthrightness so utterly refreshing and confidence-inspiring (and, unfortunately, abysmally absent at most other car dealerships). They all were totally present when dealing with me, and answered my questions and educated me in things I didn't understand in a kind and respectful manner. Of course, I ended up buying the vehicle I test drove, and so very thankfully, without all the stress and angst that usually accompanies such an expensive purchase. My heartfelt thanks to DeNooyer for demanding and creating such a fine, professional staff who demonstrate with their daily actions the true meaning of honest, capable, professional service.
