For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. With the price of the trucks there could be a little extra concern about used trucks 2022 leaving the lot with rust on the aftermarket running boards. I brought my vehicle in for repair due to squealing front brakes. The service techs replaced the brake pads and rotors. Upon test driving the car they determined the front calipers needed replacement, they r brakes. The service techs replaced the brake pads and rotors. Upon test driving the car they determined the front calipers needed replacement, they replaced them. After the replacement, they determined the front calipers boxes were "constricted", they replaced them. After this replacement the techs determined the brake fluid was contaminated because the brake master cylinder and pressure booster module were bad and needed to be replaced. I voiced my concern that if the fluid was contaminated would it have adversely affected the rear calipers. Was informed it would not and they would pressure clean the brake lines. The vehicle was at the shop for over a week. After receiving the vehicle back after supposedly being repaired within a week the same squealing noise returned. I immediately returned the vehicle to the service shop so as to not unduly damage anything. The service advisor informed me that The vehicle probably not even be looked at until over a week but they would try to get it in sooner. The vehicle has now been at the shop for four days and I do not expect it back until after the Memorial Day Holiday. The dealership also did not have any "loner" vehicles so I am without personal transportation over the Holiday. Understandably I am not very pleased at this time! More

Giani was very friendly and was more clear in explaining things than Lou in finance. Giani seemed very relaxed while Lou came off very pushy and not inviting what so ever. Felt very pressured by Lou. The service was excellent, timely and professional. I called for an appointment to diagnose a loss of data/on-star etc and they had me in the very next morning!. The other unnamed "de" chevy dealer (w I called for an appointment to diagnose a loss of data/on-star etc and they had me in the very next morning!. The other unnamed "de" chevy dealer (where I bought my vehicle)) wasn't able to get me in for 2 full weeks AND they said I had to leave the vehicle for 48-72 hours! DeNooyer said they would diagnose the problem and return the vehicle to me if they had to order a part. As it turned out they did need to order the part but they overnighted it and the vehicle was fixed by noon the next day! I highly recommend Denooyer as the go to chevy dealer in the Capital district. Thank you. More

This was hands down the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. I was able to come in, take a test drive, and receive information on the features of the vehicle. When it came to my trade in, I recei could ask for. I was able to come in, take a test drive, and receive information on the features of the vehicle. When it came to my trade in, I received an offer and explained what amount I was looking for. I received that offer without any further negotiation. I left and came back in about 2 hours and the vehicle was cleaned and ready. Signed the paperwork and we were done. The team was excellent. Customer service was great and the overall experience was stress free. I really liked that they had the vehicle make and model I was looking for on their website. I was able to get an idea of what I wanted before going into the dealership. I was also able to communicate with Gianni before going in, so I didn’t go in until the vehicle was on the lot. More
