Communcaitions to repair vehicle unstatisfactory During a repair to my vehicles outside ambient monitor they had to keep my vehicle for 2 days do to the response from GM as to the recalibration of th During a repair to my vehicles outside ambient monitor they had to keep my vehicle for 2 days do to the response from GM as to the recalibration of this unit. When I dropped off my vehicle it had 772 miles on it. The repair stated from service after repair was 820 miles. When I went to pick it up my truck had 1100 miles. There was absolutely no reason why it had that many miles on vehicle after many calls (3) as waiting for a return call from the mgr. The service manager called me and after a long discussion of him explaining why all those miles had bee placed on my vehicle for which HONESTLY I believe is total crap, he gave me a free oil change and tire rotation. I will give him credit as he was extremely polite. The other issue that I had was an accessory that I got from GM bucks. It was to be at the parts counter but after I left they found it at the service counter. Another example of poor communications and service. I truly hope this an isolated incident but I just don't buy this explanation from them. Its truly sad as I have had nothing but good service from this dealership over the past 5 years (3 vehicles purchased). More

tires one of the reasons the vehicle was brought in was to see if you could fix the leaking tire, if not i told the person i made the appointment with as we one of the reasons the vehicle was brought in was to see if you could fix the leaking tire, if not i told the person i made the appointment with as well as wrote on the envelope when i dropped it off sunday to replace the tires if we couldnt fix the leak, was assuming per my conversation when i made the appointment that having a first thing appt time would allow the tire to be checked and then time to get the tires needed to replace it and be able to have that done by end of day. i didnt hear anything so i texted back the contaxt from earlier in the morning around 2 ish and they said the tire was checked but couldnt find a leak, a few more back and fouths and they said they could give me an estimate on the tires, and wouldnt be able to get them till the next day. when i picked the truck up at 7pm there was no estimate for tires. also i called the next day to ask a few questions on the report it states all 4 tires are at 35psi one was 32 one was 34one was 29 and the leaking one was 26 upon drop off they were the same upon pick up, other question was if the tire was checked for a leak would they have removed from the truck pumped with air and then checked, i left a message and texted the contact i have heard nothing back More

Turned out that when they replaced wipers, the hood of the car got scratched. DeNoyer took ownership and arranged for the car hood to be painted and then they did a complete detaining of the car. perfect job! However, I am not writing this review for something they should have taken care of and also done a good job on.. I'm writing it because with everything, there were some hiccups to have the issue acknowledges at first and then with arranging and getting the work done to fix the problem. My review is also for the outstanding customer service for those DeNoyer employees that guided the process and made sure it was handled and done correctly. Galaxy class customer service by Service Advisors Chase Alpart that guided the whole process form the fist day to the last day, Mary Grady, Collision Expert, that handled my stressed out conversations with total coolness, and Matt Hartmen, that verified after the fact, that everything was done to my satisfaction and handled with the outstanding service that DeNoyer stands for and wants to give every customer experience. SERVICE We came to have an oil change, filter and tire rotation on our 2013 Malibu. We were welcomed by Chase Alpart, our Service Advisor. He was great. F We came to have an oil change, filter and tire rotation on our 2013 Malibu. We were welcomed by Chase Alpart, our Service Advisor. He was great. Friendly, made us feel at ease and in no time we had our car in the shop for service. He was very knowledgeable when we ask any questions and pointed out a few areas that we might need in the near future. Left DeNooyer feeling very confident and will definitely be back soon, either for service or possibly a new car More
