Internet scheduler Ashley did a great job working with me to schedule an appointment for a specific truck and got me in contact with Dave in Sales. Dillon helped me with the insurance company, and Armand wit to schedule an appointment for a specific truck and got me in contact with Dave in Sales. Bought a new truck on July 23, picked up .aug 8 due to manufacturing defect. Was getting a little worried. Was in contact with my salesman the whole time. I am 70 and Ryan reminds me of a seasoned rep who can make a customer feel appreciated and who will go the extra mile to help make the process as simple as possible. Joe, while new on the job, was terrific in offering conversations, refreshments and suggestions for accessory options I might want to obtain for my vehicle. He even checked on the status on my purchase a number of times for me and I think will "grow" into a good representative of DeNooyer if he has a good mentor. I learned, the day of my transaction, that there was a mix-up in contact information. I was assigned my wife's e-mail address and she mine. She died a little over a year ago and while Jessica contacted me a number of times leading up to the end of my lease, she never responded directly to my reply e-mails back to her. I'd asked about the process of purchasing my lease and about a Colorado. She left a message on my answering machine to call her back which I never did because I did not want to waste her time when all she had to do was e-mail answers to my questions. I do have to give her credit for keeping after me. I figured I'd simply swing by the dealership. THANKS, Mike B. More
