Jason was our sales guy - he was great. When I went to pick up my new car though, it was not detailed. There were scuff marks on the seats, marks on the dashboard, and the floors were not vacuumed at all. pick up my new car though, it was not detailed. Andy Lobb was amazing, very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process, and even after the sale he continued to keep in touch and check in. While I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here, purchasing process, and even after the sale he continued to keep in touch and check in. While I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here, their service department is terrible, part of the sale was taking my running boards off my trade in vehicle and installing them on the new one. After sitting for 2 hours (with an appointment) the rock rails that were taken off were just thrown into the back of New jeep which tore up the passenger side rear door and also spread rusty water all over inside of it. Then a couple of months later, I made an appointment to have it looked at for a front end wobble, after taking it to another location, but since it still had warranty here I brought it here. I arrived for my appointment which was during time when dealership was closed due to virus. When I got there tge kid who started processing everything tried to charge me $129.00 for an "inspection fee" which after i questioned it was waived by service manager. After sitting for almost 3 hours waiting I was told "Nothing is wrong with it" and was rushed out. I firmly believe that if it wasn't under warranty then I would have gotten a quote for $2000.00. The service department is a poor representation of what you get at this dealership as the sales department is great. More
