Excellent John Atwood was there when I arrived and knew what needed to be done and that I was going to remove my inspection sticker. Andy Lobb was great. Always answered the phone. Was very helpful when I had questions. As far as the finance went I felt I didn't get what my trade in was worth and the monthly payments kept creeping up and helpful when I had questions. Bought a brand new Silverado and within month key fobs stopped syncing with truck. After bringing it down nothing could be diagnosed. Loaner vehicle was given to me that was not cleaned and when I returne stopped syncing with truck. After bringing it down nothing could be diagnosed. Loaner vehicle was given to me that was not cleaned and when I returned it I was blamed for smoking in it which I hadn’t. Also purchase was virtual experience and rushed. Seriously only 1 maintenance and oil change on a $73,000 purchase. Shame on them More

Overall, getting a new set of tires on my truck went well. Check-in w/ Bob Anderson went smoothly. Service area was quieter than usual for a Saturday morning. Tire installation started quickly. Service tech seemed to know his business but was self-conscious and asked that I not watch him work (from outside the service bay). I found this to be odd, especially when I am having $900 of service work done. As an engineering manager, watching skilled tradesmen is part of my job and I found it strange that your mechanic would be uncomfortable with me observing his work. I appreciate all of the help I got from John Cordi in setting up my appointment and keeping the bill manageable. My new tires perform very well...thanks for a job well done. More
