For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. We have purchased several vehicles thru denooyer and we always go thru Dave Mattice for our vehicles. Dave is very helpful and in the know in his job thats why we shop at denooyer. The only thing we are unhappy with is the way the car was prept. It was unbuffed and detailed and the rear seats need to be cleaned even after Dave requested the work to be done. Who ever does the detail work didn't do a good job or didn't do it at all. Dave gave us a voucher to get the car buffed and cleaned at another time which is ok with us. My experience with DeNoing has been horrible. I was told by the salesman that I would online get one key and that it would be indicated on the lease; it was not and I still don’t have the second key. I was also told that I would get a call to bring my car in to have the front license plate installed and that never happened. The car’s stereo was shot And I dropped it off for 3-4 days to get fixed and my Leatherman tool was stolen. I will never buy another car from Chevrolet. I’ll be buying a car for my daughters college graduation later this month from Hyundai and I’ll take my son anywhere he want to go to buy a car on 5/14 but Chevrolet When my company, Rise Engineering did the lighting for these locations we gave a lifetime guarantee and honor that. I had a $120.00 dollar tool stolen and have not heard back from anyone yet. I love the MKZ but I’ll never buy a car from Chevrolet again. You guys suck and that’s the story I will tell to everyone forever. More
