For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Service I always get my Tahoe serviced at DeNooyer. They have the best service department in the area! We ran into a minor problem this time when I picked up my car and switched it out with my daughters. They misplaced my daughters car temporarily It turns out the keys and paperwork was filed under someone else's name. No big deal, it was quickly remedied. More

Just a little oil leak Made an appointment to check for an oil leak. Upon arrival was told it would be better if the vehicle was left, so I got a ride home with the curtesy Made an appointment to check for an oil leak. Upon arrival was told it would be better if the vehicle was left, so I got a ride home with the curtesy van. I also mentioned the R rear tire had a slow leak. This was at 12 noon. I received a call at 3 pm that was vehicle was done, but I didn’t pick-up the call until 4:20 and I knew the shuttle stopped running at 4:30 pm. I called the next day at 11 am requesting a ride. The operator gave me the number of Mike the driver. I called his number and left a message. After an hour I called the dealer again and she got Mike on the phone and I could hear him speaking in the background that he was, “just about to call me.” Mike did arrive a half hour later. I think a return phone call within 30 minutes would have served me (the customer) better. More
