Disappointed, upset I was disappointed and upset that knowone knew where my truck was after being towed to the dealership. After 3 phone calls, I needed to drive to deale I was disappointed and upset that knowone knew where my truck was after being towed to the dealership. After 3 phone calls, I needed to drive to dealership to be sure my truck was there and not stolen. I was happy with service but not satisfied in explanation of what happened to my truck to have to replace battery and starter. I have spoken with other Chevy truck owners who have had a similar thing happen. Has there been a recall ? Is this going to happen again ? I have been a loyal GM owner for over 30 years. I would like to know that I can have the confidence in my truck that I have had in all my other GM trucks in the past. More

Got me right in and had a loaner waiting Bought a 2019 traverse from DePaula. Blew a sensor . Called DePaula , told me it would be a week before they could get it in. Have taken other cars to Denoyeer and the service was great. Called them when sensor blew. They got me in the next morning with no wait and had a loaner car waiting. I would recommend Denoyeer . Has gone down hill Took 6 months to get warranty parts replaced. That service writer was asked and he denied calling me. Then I showed them the message he left. Then magic happened and he remembered me all of a sudden. I have been getting service with your company for ever. Very disappointing. Customer waiting room is absolutely disgusting. More
