I was happy with the salesman. What I was not happy about was the low trade-in value I initially got and having to question it in order to get it raised up. I did not ask for the price of the vehicle to be lowered but I did expect the common courtesy of getting the highest trade-in value and not the attempts to get taken advantage of with the expectation that I may not know any better More

As a whole I am very pleased with DeNooyer Chevrolet. I was disappointed with my last service on 5/24/2024. I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and replacement wipers. After I left the dealership and headed home my tire pressure light came on, which I thought was odd. I then look at the air pressure of all my tires and saw that they rotated my tires but neglected to adjust the psi. My rear tires need more air in them than my front tires, I then needed to find somewhere to add air. I feel this should have been taken care of when they rotated my tires… this added length to my travels and wasted time of my already packed schedule. More
