Unfortunately due to the Virus' situation he was unable to get the part I needed that day. But promised to call when it came in and took the time to explain to me that I could drive the car. He came to me several times while I waited to keep abreast of how things were progressing. He even took me out to my car. If I could deal with him again I would really like to. My only complaint is that a gentleman came into the waiting room without a mask and was coughing the whole time. I am not super cautious, but I am older and have a chronic lung condition which requires me using O2 constantly. I didn't want to make a big deal of it. But I was concerned. More

My repair was done fast and when I texted in questions I got quick responses. My issue is when picking up my car no one greeted me when walking into the service center, there was no clear direction on where got quick responses. The cashier did finally ask if I was picking up or dropping off. She gave me my keys and then vaguely pointed in the direction my car would be. Finding my car took 15 minutes. There’s no clear place for where the repaired cars go and the cashier’s lack of giving any directions did not help. Overall I was disappointed in the customer service I received when picking up my car. This was unfortunate because the process of buying my car just a few months prior was so great. More
