service scam I brought a truck in for a recall issue once the recall was finished your service tech did and "inspection" of the truck and quoted me $3000+ for a ne I brought a truck in for a recall issue once the recall was finished your service tech did and "inspection" of the truck and quoted me $3000+ for a new radiator, breaks, shocks and tires. I declined the repairs and brought it to a trusted mechanic than inspected the truck found no issue with the radiator and the breaks were almost new as he had replaced them himself a moth prior. overall i don't trust your company to make any repairs. I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option More

I was first car to pull into garage of the day...and then waited 3 hours for completion. They failed to set expectations—they knew I was waiting on the car to be done—and despite me asking, they never conveyed how long it would take. Their only explanation when it was done was that the scheduling people routinely overbook service appointments. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend scheduling service there, at least for routine work. Also, I don’t think I worked with any of the service people listed, but was told to email my concerns to Mr. Finney. More

The service I received when making the appointment and when dropping off the vehicle was excellent. The service team knew exactly what my vehicle needed and met all my expectations. They also performed a complimentary multipoint inspection and provided me a written report. I received regular communication through the entire process. I will definately be back when service is due.
