Jason Moore is extremely rude and his communication skills are poor! He needs to improve his email etiquette. He sent me a couple of emails in all caps ( which indicates he is shouting). I know that he knows it is in poor taste to type in caps as he has sent other emails that were not in caps. He seems to be quite frustrated when asked to do his job. I actually considered doing business with this dealership again. However, due to his poor customer service I refuse to spend money at this dealership. I wouldn’t recommend Jason handling any business that requires timely feedback or dealing with customers. I had to call the dealership several times due to him not returning my phone call as he said he would. He also gives conflicting information and when he is fact checked there is no response or a rude response. Im not sure if he doesn’t like his job or if he is incompetent. Which ever the case may be with his nonchalant attitude and poor customer service this dealership will lose business. If I could rate him zero stars I would. More
