By far this was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. CJ welcomed us when we walked in, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and he diligently worked on getting us exac ever had. And he personally changed our license plates, helped us set up the bluetooth, and showed us how to operate the features inside the vehicle before we drove off.
