2012 Subaru WRX I was in search of this specific vehicle in a very short notice. I was on a time crunch visiting home from the military. We spoke over the phone and I told him my situation, from then on my buying experience was smooth and stress free. I made my way to the dealership once I got to town and there it was, my dream car! Wes immediately came to greet me with professionalism and great hospitality. He was very thorough about the vehicles previous history, the test drive was awesome, and the pre-check on the vehicle was done with precision and expertise (even putting new wheels and tires on it to make sure it was right!). My next step was closing on the deal and that's when I met fellow Marine Jason Moore. Jason knew I was on a time crunch and understood my situation, without hesitation he asked me some questions on financing to make sure I was getting the best deal out there, of course I was not. Jason made a couple phone calls and got me lower interest, shorter payments, and a 4yr power train warranty!! I was ecstatic!!! Worked with Phil Dean and Paul Biermann, both were very helpful and provided a pressure-free experience. They were very fair in providing a trade in value for our minivan (more than other dealers offered). We purchased an Acura MDX and extended warranty....have purchased extended warranties in the past (Toyota) and have found value in the coverage provided...can end up saving you money and a good "insurance policy" especially on a luxury brand and with all the technology components. Will be looking for a vehicle for our kids with the Dean Team, definitely will be back and recommend visiting their dealership....their website is also great, that's where we searched and shopped their inventory.
