Our experience with the Delaware Cadillac dealership was nothing short of spectacular. Scott Bernard, did a phenomenal job of assisting me and my husband every step of the way. He was phenomenal! We have had our share of car dealerships from BMW, Lincoln, Nissan, Tesla and Jeep. NONE of these experiences compared to how well Scott took care of us. He was very professional, honest and more importantly he was knowledgeable and not pushy. In fact, I was taking so long to decide between vehicles, Scott stayed well past store closing to assist in every way and still did not make me feel rushed in any way. He really made this a wonderful experience. Thank you very much Scott!! We will certainly be returning to this dealership in the future. More
