Even though they were booked with other scheduled work, the Service Manager, Joey Lawrence, went out in the cold and looked at my RV. He made room for my RV to be repaired due to the extreme weather conditions. The service technicians were able to identify the problem and were able to repair the issue with parts in stock. Their commitment to the customer was exemplified today and I truely appreciated the attention that they gave me. More

He has always been very helpful even to the point of helping empty out on of our campers once when we were trading up. He is a very good helper with the heavy stuff. :-) We had a camper totaled this past yr. from a tree falling on it and the service people were veryhelpful and the whole transition of taking care of that one and getting another went very smoothly, even when I threw some wrenches in the mix for Scott a couple of times, Melissa in service and Scott in sales Rock at what they do! This is always our go to place for RV needs. Also the sales manager was very nice to work with. More

Excellent customer service I needed to get my toilet fixed and other dealers told me they didn't have service openings until 3 months out. Dodd fit me in 2 weeks after I called I needed to get my toilet fixed and other dealers told me they didn't have service openings until 3 months out. Dodd fit me in 2 weeks after I called and they fixed the problem with my toilet in just a couple of hours. They were so so nice and helpful! And they explained things thoroughly and didn't make me feel dumb when I was clueless about winterizing my trailer. I will be going back there for sales and service from now on! More
