Excellant!! We came to Dodd RV service dept for some assistance in getting our Columbus RV looked/ fixed. We. Knew our RV had some issues,but we have never imagined things had gotten this bad from never getting fixed properly by our other dealers who have worked on it. Service dept did a proper respected full inspection which we will always be appreciated of! Joey the manager as well as Melissa were the two employees we had the greatest interaction with. Although we had huge expectations of Columbus, and have been nothing but dissapointed, until our time with Dodd. Though our experience with Dodd, we feel we have finally been heard as a customer. We will always be thankful for huge help we received from Dodd. Though dealing with these issues for almost a whole year and every dealer simply disregarding our needs,we now have happier than we have ever been since owning this unit. Joey the manager exceeded all of our expectation required of someone in a customer service dept. Our RV is finally in the fully function mode and we couldn't be happier. Love Dodd My husband and I went on a trip to Luray and was having some problems with our air conditioner tripping the breaker. We contacted Scott Hudgins and told him what was going on and he contacted Joey in service. We explained to him that we were taking another trip to NY soon and needed to have it checked out. He was so nice to be able to get us in without a appointment to take a look at it. Kept it for a couple of days and explained to us that everything was fine and that they felt like the problem was at Jellystone Luray, VA because he had been cooling our camper for a couple of days and it definitely wasn't tripping the breaker. We absolutely love the staff at Dodd from the person that greets you at the door, sales, financing and last but not least the service department. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with everyone at Dodd in Yorktown. They make us feel like we are part of the family when we go in there. More

Everyone was super friendly & made you feel at home. They were extremely helpful answering all of our questions as first time RVers and shared additional information to enhance our experience. Pete our service technician was awesome in conducting the walk through of our unit, very detailed with an added sense of humor! As a customer, we felt like part of the Dodd Family. Owning an RV has been a dream for our family, as we knew we wanted to invest in memories for our children. We brought our entire crew along for the search, and were welcomed with open arms. We are a family of 6, and our children are 11, 5, 4, and 22 months. Tina was very knowledgable and showed us a wealth of bunkhouses that would fit our needs. She must have said at least 3 times that she loved her job, and it was certainly apparent. We choose an ultralight bunkhouse that was well within our towing capacity. While we worked out the details, our children were delighted by fresh baked cookies, a play area with a wealth of toys, and lots of attention from the receptionist. The sales manager was quick to greet us, and share in our joy. Arnold, the business manager, was simply delightful. He explained everything in a way that made sense, and made sure we were educated and comfortable throughout each step of the process. I have never met a business manager more invested in his customers! The day we we picked up the RV I was running late because I had to drop the children off at a babysitter after school. When I got there, Dan was doing our walk through, and was more than willing to explain things twice. He walked us through attaching and detaching the RV to the tow vehicle multiple times, and wasn't afraid to break a sweat in the process. (ours is manual) My husband and I also had the pleasure of meeting Jamie Dodd, who was one of the most personable and authentic owners I have ever met. He walked me down to the service center in the rain, and told my husband to call him if we needed recommendations of where to stay. Dodd RV made an experience we have dreamed about for a long time a complete joy, and we are so grateful we choose to be part of the Dodd RV family! More

You felt as if you are the most important person at Dodd. Very professional with good products. Time was set up for pickup and to learn how to use the equipment. Every aspect of the RV was gone over. Took my truck down to service and when everything was done at the office, I went down and the truck was hooked up to the truck. Dodd put on a new hitch as the old one was bent. They went over the new hitch in detail as it was somewhat different than the previous one. Everyone is extremely courteous. This is the second unit I bought from Dodd and would gladly go back for another unit if required. More

Within one day of notifying them (while I was in the middle of writing this review actually...) I was contacted to set up an appointment so that they could resolve the issues. Things with used campers happen but a dealership that stands behind what they sell - used or new - and listens to reasonable complaints is worth dealing with over and over again. Dodd's RV isn't just a name on a door it's a family that has earned it's reputation by providing quality service on products at fair prices. More

Hurts my heart to have trusted in what they said. It was like once it was sold, out of mind. Puck up date and time was set, the RV was not...so we waited. Drove home with half a working window, no heat or refer. Presently waiting for refer to be fixed. 6 hour wait for an appointment they set up. BTW, no lunch while he waits, told it would be an hour or so. If I had to do it again....I would tent camp! More
